Joe is the coordinator for Marine Corps Installations G-7 (Modernization) Installation Next program. With Installation Next, his duties include product feasibility assessment, program execution strategies, and academic engagement lead. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Global Studies and a Masters of Business Administration degree (2018). He is also a graduate of the International Business Program from the Vienna School of Economics (2017) and holds certificates from ASU in energy and sustainability (2016).
Joe served in the Marine Corps for five years as an infantryman before ending his active service in 2015 as an (E-5) Sergeant. During his service, he deployed four times to include multiple combat tours to Afghanistan and Yemen. Before joining ETC in September for 2019, he worked for Arizona State University- LightWorks as a program manager focused on Department of Defense applied research projects. Research project topics include expeditionary energy solution, microgrid design and deployment, infrastructure resiliency, and Lidar remote sensing.
Joe currently lives in Phoenix, AZ with his dog Skywalker.
