Kate’s previous work experience consisted of working for Technology Services for 3 years at the Catholic University of America where she provided technical support to the university community. At the same time, she worked in Data Analysis for FOCUSdc, a nonprofit advocacy group for DC charter schools. Kate worked at LNK Intl., a New York-based pharmaceutical company working in package development in their Graphic Arts Department and then later supporting business development in their IT Department.
This past year and a half Kate acted as the Treasurer of Catholic University’s chapter of the Association of Computational Machinery (ACM). She is also a member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon (the International Honor Society for the Computing and Information Disciplines) and the Society of Women Engineers. Kate graduated from The Catholic University of America in May 2020 with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Studio Art (concentrating on web and digital design). Additionally, Kate attended Villanova University’s Summer Business Institute in 2018 where she earned a Certificate in Business
