Dr. Frehill is a Senior Analyst for ETC. Dr. Frehill is a highly experienced principal investigator known for her data analysis and visualization skills, typically using large, national datasets about education, workforce, and social institutions. Her research has focused on topics related to human resources in science and engineering, including diversity and inclusion. Previously she supported the DoD STEM Development Office and has served at the National Science Foundation in Strategic Human Capital Planning and the Evaluation and Assessment Capability section of the Office of Integrative Activities. She has more than 20 years of experience with assessment, evaluation, and measurement for which she has provided expert advice to numerous educational, non-profit, and government institutions in the U.S. and internationally.
