ETC facilitates several DoD internship programs that create opportunities for high school and undergraduate students to perform real work in their field of interest. These interns are teamed with ETC and DoD employees who provide technical and professional mentoring. These internships may be hosted at DoD sites such as at the Army Research Laboratory (ARL), or at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD). Programs that ETC supports include:
